Making a Purchase
To shop at ferax.lv, the Buyer must register as a user of ferax.lv — i.e., provide and confirm their email address (which becomes their ferax.lv username) and create a password to access their profile.
The Buyer can place an order in one of the following ways: online, by email, or by phone.
When placing an order, the Buyer must provide ferax.lv with the personal data necessary for correct order processing. This data is handled in accordance with the ferax.lv Privacy Policy. If the Buyer is purchasing as a legal entity, the legal entity’s data must also be provided. By placing the order, the Buyer agrees to the Terms and Conditions and their application.
Once the Buyer has selected a product or service, created a shopping cart, and completed all steps of the ordering process — the final step being the selection and confirmation of the payment method — a legal purchase relationship is considered to have been established between the Seller and the Buyer. A purchase contract is thus concluded, i.e., a distance contract with the Buyer as a natural person, and the Terms become an integral part of this contract. The Buyer is notified of the order confirmation by email, sent to the address they provided.
By confirming the Terms, the Buyer agrees that the instruction manual for the purchased product (if one is provided) in Latvian will be delivered no later than the product delivery date to the email address specified by the Buyer, unless the manual is available on ferax.lv or the manufacturer’s website. All essential information about the product and its features is available in the product description on ferax.lv.
Each order is stored in the ferax.lv and Seller’s database in accordance with their Privacy Policies.
1. General provisions
This delivery policy applies to all purchases made in the SIA "Feraks" online store www.ferax.lv. It determines the procedure, conditions and costs of delivering goods.
2. Minimum order quantity
The minimum order amount is 10.00 EUR (including PVN) + delivery fee. Orders with a total amount below this threshold will not be processed.
For orders over 30.00 EUR, delivery is free of charge.
3. Delivery methods
SIA "Feraks" offers delivery in cooperation with Venipak Latvia – a reliable logistics partner with fast and safe delivery throughout Latvia.
Available delivery solutions:
- Delivery to the specified address by courier;
- Receiving at a Venipak parcel machine at the customer's choice. (Parcel lockers can receive shipments that do not exceed 41 cm x 39.5 cm x 61 cm or 30 kg in size.)
- Self-pickup of order – free pick-up at our office: Meldru Street 1, Liepaja, Latvia, by prior arrangement.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of ordering based on the shipping method and address.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the volume and weight of the order.
5. Handling of undelivered shipments
If the courier is unable to deliver the shipment, a repeat delivery attempt will be made or the shipment will be redirected to the nearest parcel terminal (depending on the situation). If the shipment is returned to SIA "Feraks", the customer can request a re-delivery, covering the delivery costs again.
