SIA “Feraks” cares about customer satisfaction and ensures quality at every stage of cooperation. We carefully select our products and make sure they are delivered in proper technical and visual condition, in accordance with generally accepted quality standards.

The warranty applies to product categories where it is required either by the nature of the product or by law. Our product range includes various categories — from stationery items to packaging solutions and food products such as coffee or tea. Warranty terms vary depending on the type and characteristics of the product.

For product categories subject to expiration date control (e.g., coffee, tea), we guarantee that the customer will receive products with a valid expiration date. If a product is delivered with an expired date at the time of receipt, we will provide a solution appropriate to the specific circumstances.

In other cases, the warranty is applied according to the product’s specifics and the terms of cooperation. For certain product groups, such as printing and packaging materials, standard warranties may not be applicable due to their usage characteristics.

In all situations, if you have any questions or concerns about the product you received, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will evaluate each case individually and work with the customer to find the most suitable solution.
